Pesto Pasta

Yield: 4 servings



Cook pasta according to package directions.

For pesto, combine the oil, cream cheese, garlic and basil in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth. Drain the pasta and place in a serving bowl. Top with tomatoes and pesto; sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
