Apple Carrot Casserole

Yield: 6 servings



Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Cook carrots in large saucepan in boiling water 5 minutes; drain. Layer carrots and apples in large casserole.

Combine flour, sugar and nutmeg; sprinkle over top of carrots and apples. Dot with butter; pour orange juice over flour mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes or until carrots are tender.
